Hours : 2:30PM-2:30AM (60+ hours/Week) (1.5x Rate for overtime)

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of total Quality Control Inspection experience supporting:
o ASME B31 piping codes
o Industrial or commercial construction projects (semiconductor preferred)
o Fabrication and welding inspections
o Non-destructive testing (NDT)
• 3+ years of Supervisor/Managerial experience in related field
• Current certification in accordance with AWS QC1 as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), maintained in good standing.
• Experience inspecting specialty welding applications and plastic piping systems such as:
o Polypropylene (PP)
o Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Other specialty process piping materials
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or semiconductor construction projects
* Experience inspecting carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-purity process piping systems
Job Description
* Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Engage with the General Contractor’s Quality Assurance Manager for inspection planning, project compliance, non-conformance management, quality audits.
• Provide project quality expectations to new inspectors.
• Attend weekly project update meetings with the project group including upcoming activities, status and deadlines.
• Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
• Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
• Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.
Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
