Quality Control

Emall tabunok

Conduct in-process quality inspection of raw materials, work-in progress, and finished goods along the production line.
Monitor production process to ensure compliance with established quality standards Operatoin Procedures (SOPs).
Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming products to the immediate supervisor.
Rerord and document inspection results, deviations, and quality issues accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform sampling and testing procedures as required by the quality control plan.
Coordinate with production personnel to address and resolve quality concerns on the line.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of inspected products.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for recurring quality issues.
Comply with company policies on food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace safety.
Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by the QA Supervisor or Manager.
