Quality Job Description:
- Develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement.
- Develops policies, procedures, and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and improve same.
- Quality assurance
- Responsible for developing and implementing a compliant and cost-effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe, and effective.
- Generally matched to Quality Assurance in surveys.
Operations Support

Q1 Tech / Operator 1
- Is entry level with limited experience. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method. Maintains appropriate licenses/training/certifications, as needed. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Has basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area. Works within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works with a high degree of supervision and has minimal discretion.
Quality Assurance
