Quality Assurance Engineer

About This Role

This Quality Assurance Engineer role involves promoting and deploying a quality culture within the organization, analyzing deviations, and managing change controls. It suits a candidate with experience in the pharmaceutical industry who can ensure safe and innovative health products reach the market.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deploy the quality culture within the organization
• Analyze deviations, identify root causes, and lead associated investigations
• Supervise and guarantee the management of change controls, from evaluation to closure
• Define, lead, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Act as quality approver for key documents (specifications, protocols, reports, traceability matrices, etc.)

Requirements

• Engineer or university degree (Bac + 5)
• 3 to 8 years of successful experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of associated standards (BPF, GMP)
• Autonomous, rigorous, and convincing
• Teamwork skills
• Good organizational and relational skills
• Professional English proficiency
