About the role
Goffstown Ace Hardware is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to help ensure products, inventory, and daily store operations meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products and merchandise for quality, accuracy, and condition.
- Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and report issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock organization, and quality audits.
- Verify shipments and help ensure products are received and stored correctly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support store teams with quality-control procedures and process improvements.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail, warehouse, inventory, or quality-control experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends when needed.

Pay: $21.68 - $23.41 per hour
