About the role
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, analyze, and disseminate qualitative research evaluations for the RISOC Grant
• Collect, analyze, and report data at both program and systems levels
• Use evaluation findings to support decision-making and system implementation
• Engage families, youth, community partners, and individuals with lived experience in research activities
• Plan and facilitate qualitative research projects and educational opportunities
• Support strategic planning and development of community partnerships
• Collaborate with interagency teams and RISOC stakeholders
• Maintain secure data dashboards and support continuous quality improvement efforts
• Provide evaluation, research, and project insights as needed
🔹 Required Qualifications
• Doctoral degree (PhD/EdD or equivalent) in Human Services, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience leading qualitative research/evaluation within complex human services systems
• Demonstrated experience with systems-level evaluation
• Experience with System of Care grant reporting
• Strong knowledge of qualitative research methodologies
• Experience designing and facilitating community-engaged/participatory research
• Experience working with families, youth, community partners, and/or individuals with lived experience
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, data analysis, and communication skills
🔹 Preferred Background
Experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, public health, human services, System of Care initiatives, or government programs is highly desirable.
