About the role
Location: Sunview Road
Working Hours: 5 days/week, including weekends & Public Holidays
Rotating Shifts: 7.00am–4.48pm / 8.00am–5.48pm / 12.00pm–9.48pm
Salary & Benefits
- Basic: $2,300/month
- Monthly AWS Allowance: $192
- Location Allowance: $110
- Flexi Benefits: $25
- Variable Bonus (VB)
- Fixed monthly package: $2,627/month + VB

Job Scope
- Inspect incoming fruits and vegetables for freshness, defects, pests and damage.
- Check product labels, quantity and expiry/pack dates.
- Monitor and record temperatures of incoming shipments.
- Conduct quality tests such as Brix, firmness and sizing measurements.
- Perform sampling and cut tests to check internal product quality.
- Conduct final quality checks before products are dispatched to stores.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness and HACCP procedures.
Requirements
- Able to lift and carry cartons up to 25kg.
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (~4°C).
- Good attention to detail and able to identify subtle product defects.
- Comfortable using tablets and digital systems.
- Knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000 is an advantage.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
