QC Associate

Job Description:

The QC Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the Quality Control team with laboratory testing and analysis of WIP (Work in Process), finished goods, and other samples. The role involves following SOPs, recording test results accurately, and assisting with routine QC activities.
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory testing of WIP and finished goods.
• Conduct ad hoc and customer-requested testing.
• Follow SOPs, test methods, and safety procedures.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for testing.
• Operate laboratory equipment as trained.
• Record and document test results accurately.
• Report abnormal or unexpected results to the QC team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory.
• Support other QC activities as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Recent graduates with academic laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• 2 years of laboratory or QC experience preferred.
• Academic laboratory experience is acceptable for entry-level candidates.
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques such as pipetting, weighing, solution preparation, pH, titration, or analytical instruments is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and basic GMP/GLP principles is preferred.
