About This Role
Playing an essential role in ensuring the quality of critical applications and technological initiatives is at the heart of this QA Analyst position. You will be responsible for planning and executing tests, managing anomalies, and monitoring quality, working closely with product, business, development, and project management teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability
- Design, document, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and cases
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and/or user acceptance tests
- Validate applications according to requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track anomalies until their resolution
- Apply a risk-based testing approach to maximize coverage of critical functions
- Develop test plans and strategies, as well as execution reports
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, results, and anomalies
- Participate in effort estimation, QA deliverable planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Use AI-assisted tools to support test design, requirements analysis, and anomaly investigation
- Monitor test progress and contribute to dashboards, reports, and quality indicators
Requirements
- 7 years or more of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience in supporting test activities for complex projects or multiple workstreams
- Experience in defining test strategies and risk-based approaches
- Experience with Jira, Xray, and automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Robot Framework, and Clear Right
- Experience in API and integration testing, anomaly management, and test documentation
- Ability to advise and mentor less experienced members of the QA team
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing lifecycle, and Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced French language skills
Nice to have:
- ISTQB Foundation, Advanced, or equivalent certification
- Experience with AI-assisted testing solutions
- Experience in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
