About This Role
This Python Full Stack Developer role involves backend development, data analysis, and AI/ML technologies. The position is suitable for a passionate and skilled developer with hands-on experience in these areas, including guiding junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Guide freshers undergoing internships in Python, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Mining, Data Analytics, and PowerBI
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks
- Build robust backend APIs and integrate third-party services
- Work on frontend technologies to create seamless user experiences
- Analyze data and implement data-driven solutions
- Apply Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Mining techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, stakeholders)
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Python, Data Science, Data Analyst, Data Mining, AI/ML
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)
- Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- API development and integration
- Understanding of Data Science and Data Analysis
- Experience in Data Mining techniques
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning/AI models
- Familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Version control (Git)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills in English for staffing solution interviews
- Ability to work in a team environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to real-world AI/ML projects
- Understanding of RESTful architecture
