This backend development role focuses on Python and Django, contributing to an innovative software solution within a product team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend functionalities using Python and Django
- Participate in technical choices and contribute to code quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate daily with the Lead Tech, Product Manager, developers, and testers
- Understand functional needs to propose suitable technical solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices, tools, and organization
- Occasionally participate in frontend developments based on profile and team needs
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools provided to optimize development and software quality processes
Requirements
- Experience in backend development with Python and Django
- Proficiency in software development fundamentals and good design practices
- Comfortable working in a team and interacting with various technical and functional stakeholders
- Appreciation for product environments where practices evolve and where proposals are welcome
- An interest in frontend development and knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus
- Autonomous, curious, and motivated by solving technical problems
