Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Backend Developer with equal focus on software development to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying APIs, microservices, Gen AI models, and managing backend systems and integrations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology by integrating cutting-edge AI/ML techniques into scalable backend solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications, Agentic workflows using LangGraph, and autonomous Agentic AI systems.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services for AI/ML applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications for intelligent data retrieval and response generation.
• Implement and deploy Gen AI and embedding models to production environments.
• Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing AI/ML services.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines, RAG pipelines, Agentic Solutions using Langgraph, Langchain etc. and data processing workflows.
• Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and optimize AI/ML algorithms for production.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks to recommend and implement improvements.
• Design, build, and orchestrate multi-agent architectures, tool-calling mechanisms, and autonomous agent workflows for complex problem-solving

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must to have Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing backend systems, specifically in Gen AI and AI/ML contexts.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows in production environments.
• Deep understanding of agentic concepts, including function calling/tool execution, dynamic task decomposition, multi-agent orchestration (especially using LangGraph), and persistent state management.
• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models and RAG-based AI applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search implementations.
• Proficiency in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable backend code with Python (essential).
• Experience with Backend development frameworks such as FastAPI, Celery, and batches.
• Extensive knowledge of GenAI / RAG Frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment.
• Experience with Data management and pipeline tools (Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, Spark).
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proficiency with Machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Front end (full stack) development experience.
• Experience with APISIX /API gateways.
• Identity providers like KeyCloak.
