Purchasing Sourcing Associate

Job description:
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Kick-Off Call: None
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in indirect procurement
Key Responsibilities
- Support stakeholders and the category team across USAC in professional services.
- Prepare RFPs and conduct price analysis to facilitate negotiation.
- Extract and manage data from systems such as SharePoint.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Maintain documentation and records related to sourcing and contracts.
- Verify purchase requests for accuracy and compliance.
- Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions.
- Assist with transactional procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement services.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders on operational matters and follow up on issues.
