Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on purchases, orders, and deliveries
• Maintain ongoing contact and dialogue with suppliers
• Work with quotation requests, evaluation, and supplier selection
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements
• Prepare and manage purchasing documentation
• Follow up on costs, quality, and delivery times
• Collaborate with internal functions such as project management, engineering, production, and logistics
• Manage purchasing-related information in business systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and purchasing processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in purchasing or a related role
• Experience with supplier contacts
• Good communication and business acumen
• Experience working with business systems and other digital tools
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience in negotiation, contracts, project purchasing, or work within industry/technical operations
