Your Tasks
- You support buyers in obtaining and processing supplier and subcontractor offers.
- You participate in the commercial evaluation of offers and create price comparisons for supplier and subcontractor works.
- You take over the electronic filing and maintenance of contracts, offers, and purchasing-related documents.
- You check invoices within the framework of commercial guidelines and assist in documenting purchasing processes.
- You support the team with organizational and administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office products; SAP and/or RIB iTWO knowledge is an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and careful working style.
- Reliability, commitment, and team spirit.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
