Purchase Officer / Purchase Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for materials and services required in fire safety equipment production.
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors ensuring timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize processes and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Oversee inventory levels, aligning procurement with manufacturing schedules to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Conduct cost analysis, create budgets, and track expenses.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in fire fighting equipment manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, vendor management, and supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management tools.
• Detail-oriented, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
