Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of a Program and Project Supervisor of the Communications Division in the Broadband, Video, and Market Branch, this position will be responsible for the Broadband Adoption Account.

The analyst filling this position will review and evaluate applications; monitor project progress; conduct site visits; process payment claims; prepare draft resolutions recommending grant awards and other issues that require Commission approval, conduct broadband needs assessment; gather and compile data for reports; organize and/or attend workshops, and coordinate with grantees and other stakeholders.

In addition, the analyst will prepare written recommendations and provide program updates, briefings and presentation to stakeholder, management, Commissioners and/or advisors.

Working Conditions
Will accept Training and Development assignment.
This position require travel.
This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week. Hybrid positions may be eligible for telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. In accordance with CPUC Telework Policy, telework arrangements are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time.
