About This Role
Publicis Groupe is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to lead client mandates, manage teams, and drive business growth and profitability. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of agency business models and excellent client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with client leadership, lead multiple mandates, and serve as the senior point of escalation to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence
- Mentor and develop teams, build functional expertise across MSL, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
- Own the P&L for assigned mandates, drive account growth and profitability, identify new business opportunities, and proactively strengthen client retention
- Partner with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Administration, to ensure seamless operations and effective delivery across client mandates
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell MSL and Publicis Groupe capabilities, expanding existing client relationships and contributing to overall business growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading multiple client mandates, managing teams, and owning P&L responsibilities
- Strong understanding of agency business models, service offerings, and the drivers of client retention, revenue growth, and profitability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence senior client leaders
- Demonstrated ability to guide and develop junior colleagues while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- A client-first, team-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage relationships with tact and professionalism
