Requirements

• Conceptualized and executed creative campaigns for clients
• Strong understanding of B2B technology, startups, venture capital (VCs), finance, EVs, green energy, fintech, or the broader technology ecosystem
• Prior experience working with a PR agency
• Proficient with cameras and social media, with a good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Experience in team building, developing SOPs, and establishing processes
• Ability to ideate and execute campaigns in collaboration with new-age media platforms
• Outstanding content writing and communication skills
• Ability to track major developments in the consumer durables sector
• Strong research and analytical skills, including market research and industry analysis
• Experience in liaising with journalists, building media relationships, and securing stories for brands across financial media platforms such as The Economic Times, Mint, CNBC, and Zee Business
• Strong client servicing skills
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Ability to draft documents, quotes, press releases, and newsletters on behalf of the company
