Psychometrics Specialists administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests under the supervision of licensed psychologists and neuropsychologists. This role is crucial for gathering accurate data to support diagnostic and treatment planning decisions, and it suits a detail-oriented professional committed to excellence in psychological testing and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests to clients of various ages and backgrounds
• Score and summarize test results with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain test security and ensure proper administration procedures
• Collaborate with psychologists and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive evaluations
• Maintain clear and organized records of test administration and scoring
• Provide a professional and supportive testing environment for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with supervisors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 1 year of psychometrician experience (Required)
