About This Role

This remote role in the Philippines allows clinicians to focus entirely on direct therapy delivery, removing the burden of clinic infrastructure, independent marketing, and administrative overhead. MantraCare is hiring licensed Clinical Psychologists and Guidance Counselors to deliver structured, outcome-focused online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy: Deliver structured online psychotherapy sessions securely via the proprietary telehealth platform
• Targeted treatment: Provide specialized therapy for anxiety, depression, and workplace stress management
• Corporate care: Deliver goal-oriented care for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients worldwide
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential session documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Care planning: Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique symptoms
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside clinical care navigation and provider support teams
• Inclusive practice: Deliver culturally competent, inclusive, and empathetic care to individuals of all backgrounds

Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related therapeutic field
• Licensure: Valid and active license as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Licensed Guidance Counselor in the Philippines (Psychometrician licenses do not qualify for this specific psychotherapy role)
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ months of active, hands-on clinical experience as a therapist, psychologist, or counselor
• Skills: Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (such as CBT)
• Technical Setup: Ability to conduct therapy effectively online, requiring a stable internet connection and a secure, private workspace
