Psychometrician cum Admin Assistant

Be part of our Mind Care Center team and help create a supportive and well-organized environment for clients seeking mental health services. The Psychometrician cum Admin Assistant is responsible for administering and scoring psychological assessments while providing administrative and client support to the Mind Care Center. The role works closely with mental health professionals to ensure accurate assessment, proper documentation, efficient scheduling, and a welcoming client experience.

What You'll Do:

• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests assessing cognitive abilities, personality, and emotional well-being.
• Ensure accurate, confidential, and timely handling of psychological assessment results and client records.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals in reviewing assessment results and supporting treatment planning.
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic feedback to clients regarding assessment results, as appropriate.
• Stay updated on relevant psychological assessment tools, practices, and developments.
• Manage daily administrative operations of the Mind Care Center.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and ensure efficient use of clinicians' schedules.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records in compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• Registered Psychometrician (RPm) with a valid PRC license.
• Experience in psychological assessment and/or administrative work is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in administering and scoring standardized psychological tests.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
