We are looking for a registered psychometrician who specializes in measuring psychological variables such as intelligence, aptitude, personality, and skills of patients who come to the Clinic for evaluation of their fitness to the job as Driver, Security Guard or other overseas jobs. She administers psychological tests using established battery of tests for pre-identified positions, often working in tandem with clinical psychologists, human resources and corporate clients.

Scope of Services

1. Test Design & Development: Researching and developing reliable new testing instruments for educational, clinical, or corporate use.
2. Test Administration & Scoring: Administering standardized exams and scoring the results accurately according to professional guidelines.
3. Report Writing: Drafting initial evaluations and psychological reports, often under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

Typical Work Process

• Verify Examinee identification and instruct examinee to log in name, agency and position; Monitor entry and exit to the testing center.
• Prepare test materials suitable to the position applied; Ensure availability of materials, safeguard and control psychological tests/worksheets.
• Administer and score pencil and paper tests and assist examinees who cannot accomplish the psychological tests.
• Perform exit interview and verify typed/encoded results; Affix initials on Psychological Evaluation Report.
• Type/Encode Psychological Evaluation Reports after encoding

Work Setting

• Clinical/Medical Center: Assisting clinical psychologists by testing candidates for jobs such as: driver, security guard ad other overseas jobs

Service Hours

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Accountabilities

• Compliance to regulations on the handling, safekeeping and use of the psychological test materials owned by the Company.
• Compliance to all other regulations pertaining to the practice of the profession, including continuing education unit
