About This Role
This psychometrician role supports licensed psychologists by administering, scoring, organizing, and documenting comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments. Responsibilities
- Administer standardized psychological, neurocognitive, and academic measures
- Score test data according to standardized procedures
- Organize assessment data and maintain accurate testing records
- Assist with aspects of neuropsychological report preparation
- Prepare testing materials and ensure protocoled administration procedures
- Communicate effectively with psychologists and other members of the clinical and admin team
- Work with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- Work with individuals presenting with a wide range of cognitive, neurological, developmental, learning, and psychiatric concerns
- Maintain strict attention to standardized testing procedures and clinical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and related experience in administration of assessments
- Experience administering standardized psychological assessments, including familiarity with intellectual assessment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to ethical clinical practice
- Interest in developing a long-term role within a neuropsychological practice
- Flexibility to work across multiple office locations based on practice needs
