About This Role

As a psychologist at Mentaal Beter, you will provide mental health care to clients facing psychological disorders and system issues that hinder their daily lives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation in mental health care and is eager to invest in personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term individual and, if desired, group treatments to adults in both basic and specialized mental health care using e-Health programs, following protocols and client-centered approaches.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments alongside intake and treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with a lead therapist to determine appropriate treatment options.
• Participate in the development of new treatment offerings.

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a psychologist.
• Completed training in schema therapy and experience with group treatments.
• Meet the requirements of the Zorgprestatiemodel by January 1, 2024.
• Ability to work in a self-organizing organization and entrepreneurial mindset.
