About This Role

This patient-facing clinical position involves shaping the future of mental health services with Bupa by seeing Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services. The role is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia, working in a vibrant community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
• Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
• 5+ years of recent clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
• Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
