About This Role
Providing psychiatric consultations and emotional health assessments for patients is the core of this role, which also involves diagnosing and managing emotional health conditions and developing tailored treatment plans. This position suits a compassionate, professional, and patient-focused psychiatrist interested in holistic health and integrated care.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric consultations and emotional health assessments for patients
- Diagnose and manage emotional health conditions professionally
- Develop treatment plans based on patients’ needs
- Provide counseling and emotional health education
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and wellness practitioners as part of an integrated care team
- Support patients in improving emotional well-being and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
- Participate in wellness programs, seminars, and emotional health education activities
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Medical Doctor (S.Ked / dr.) with Psychiatrist Specialist (Sp.KJ) qualification
- Have valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Have valid SIP (Surat Izin Praktik)
- Interested in holistic health, lifestyle medicine, and wellness approaches
- Understands the importance of lifestyle, nutrition, and emotional well-being in emotional health
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or wellness center
- Experience in counselling, lifestyle medicine, or preventive emotional health programs
- Experience working with international patients
