Working with and adhering to the safety and welfare of all adult residents in the Residential Program, including their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, is the core of this Psychiatric Technician I position. The individual participates in carrying out residents’ treatment plan goals and assisting with the treatment planning process, as well as providing support with direct care responsibilities. Through experience gathered in this role, room for growth is offered within Merakey programs.
