Prutting and Company Custom Builders is seeking a talented individual to join our expanding team. This person must be professional, skillful, and adaptive. Architecture, Construction, Estimating, or Design experience is necessary for this position, however varied backgrounds within that spread of experience are welcome.

The Assistant Project Manager Will Fulfill The Following Duties
- Analyze new construction drawings and assemble bid instructions for new estimates
- Compare and review subcontractor proposals for accuracy and consistency
- Assemble purchase orders and subcontractor agreements for existing projects
- Research materials and assemblies for existing and future projects
- Order materials for existing projects
- Attend on site meetings and recording meeting minutes
- Assist in submittals and tracking process for existing projects
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Must also be local to the Fairfield/Westchester/Litchfield county area or willing to travel. Knowledge of Quickbooks Online, ProCore, Microsoft Project, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino a plus.
Salary is based on experience.
