About This Role

This Proposal Manager role involves overseeing the entire proposal process for infrastructure projects, bringing together technical, financial, and commercial aspects into a strong and distinctive offering. The position suits someone who can maintain an overview while others focus on details, seeing opportunities and connecting people. You will manage multidisciplinary tender and bid teams, ensuring that every proposal is technically, financially, and commercially sound.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client questions, contract documents, and tender documents
• Develop a distinctive win strategy
• Coordinate calculation, engineering, and operational input
• Conduct and supervise risk analyses
• Assess technical and commercial feasibility
• Establish and monitor schedules, budgets, and deadlines
• Manage proposal teams and stakeholders
• Present and defend proposals to internal decision-makers and clients
• Collect and apply lessons learned from previous projects
• Monitor quality, governance, and compliance throughout the proposal process

Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker
• Strong analytical skills and decisive
• Able to quickly grasp complex information
• Easily communicates with both clients and technical specialists
• Able to motivate and guide teams
• Results-oriented without losing sight of quality
• Feels responsible for the joint end result
