The Proposal Manager supports the Business Development Services team by developing qualification materials, including proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other materials needed to secure new client and project opportunities. This role reports to the BD Services Manager and works closely with key members of each business unit responsible for business development, proposal development, strategy implementation, and client management. The position also provides training and mentoring to junior proposal staff and collaborates with the Creative Services Team to ensure brand alignment.
