The Proposal Manager will manage the full proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and bid coordination through to final submission, ensuring technical, commercial, and contractual alignment. The role works closely with geophysicists, survey engineers, project managers, and the commercial team to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling client solutions.
