Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations and deliver excellent service to residents and clients in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, security, and tenant/resident relations
- Manage budgeting, collections, and expense control
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site property staff
- Address tenant/resident concerns and ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance
- Prepare property reports and monitor overall building performance
Qualifications
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer – REQUIRED
- At least 5 years of Property Management experience
- Strong experience in Commercial/ Office Building properties
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and building/property management systems
- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
- Able to handle urgent property concerns when required

Pay: Php70,000.00 per month
