Proud Properties is seeking a Property Manager to join our Taupō team!
(Please note that NZ working rights and 2 years property management experience are essential.)

About the role
As a Property Manager, you'll work alongside the owner to support the end-to-end management of our residential property portfolio.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- carrying out routine on-site property inspections
- organising repair and maintenance work
- showing rental properties to prospective tenants
- processing tenancy applications and completing reference checks
- proactively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities
- completing related administration and compliance tasks.
What we're looking for
- Current NZ working rights essential
- Min. 2 years property management experience essential
- Current New Zealand driver's licence essential
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- General understanding of the property management industry
- Previous Palace software experience highly regarded.
