Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations and deliver excellent service to residents, guests, and clients in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, security, and tenant/resident relations
- Manage budgeting, collections, and expense control
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site property staff
- Address tenant, resident, or guest concerns and ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance
- Prepare property reports and monitor overall building performance
Qualifications
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Property Management
- Experience in condominium, residential, or hotel property management is highly preferred
- Candidates with hotel industry experience in property/facilities management, engineering, or operations are encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and building/property management systems
- Willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Able to handle urgent property concerns when required

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
