Apartment Community Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for property management and resident satisfaction? We’re looking for a dedicated, organized, and energetic Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community!

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
• Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Supervise maintenance and office staff
• Handle rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate marketing and community events

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property, hotel, educational or community management (2+ years preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium)
• Ability to handle resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
• High school diploma or equivalent required
