About This Role

Managing property portfolios to improve asset value and operational efficiency is the core of this role. The Property Manager oversees leases, tenant relations, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and financial performance for residential and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage property portfolios to improve asset value and operational efficiency
• Oversee leases, tenant relations, rental collections, renewals, and vacancies
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, repairs, renovations, and upgrades
• Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets, and property-related expenditure
• Monitor property performance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate property records, reports, and lease documentation

Requirements

• Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Experience managing residential and industrial property portfolios
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, tenant relations, rental collections, and property regulations
• Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections, renovations, and contractors
• Knowledge of property budgets, cost control, and asset performance
• Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or Facilities Management
• Proven experience managing residential and industrial properties
• Knowledge of property legislation, health and safety, and compliance
• Experience in rental administration, property maintenance, and budgeting
• Strong computer skills for property records and reporting
