Role Description
We're looking for a Property Manager to take care of our commercial property portfolio across Manchester and Greater London. This is primarily a hands-on property and facilities management role, keeping our properties well-maintained, compliant, and running smoothly day-to-day. Alongside this, you'll play a supporting part in our growth: maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and helping to spot new opportunities, which the Directors will lead on developing into signed contracts.
This is a good fit for someone with solid property management experience who wants some client-facing variety as part of a growing business, rather than a full sales or business development role.
