Your Tasks
- Independent commercial and technical management of real estate properties
- Point of contact for tenants, service providers, and external project partners
- Control and monitoring of maintenance and modernization measures
- Preparation and control of budgets, reports, and property analyses
- Coordination and management of external service providers as well as ensuring smooth property operations
Your Profile
- Completed training or degree in real estate management or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in property management or real estate administration
- Good knowledge of tenancy law as well as commercial and technical property management
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance towards tenants and business partners
