Overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties is the core responsibility of the Property Manager. This role suits a professional who is organized and results-driven, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management in accordance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor rental payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained.
- Prepare property management reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE property management laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements, rental procedures, and property maintenance.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage, if required for property visits.
