SUMMARY: Evaluate acquisition, development and disposal opportunities through market research, financial feasibility, due diligence and deal analysis, while supporting property growth and sales initiatives.
POSITION INFO: Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Investment, Economics or related field 3-5 years' property analysis, investment or development experience Property acquisition and development experience Financial feasibility and investment analysis Due diligence and property market research Knowledge of rental and capitalisation rates Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Experience preparing investment/deal reports and presentations Sales and marketing of property assets - advantageous Strong agent/broker relationship management Excellent analytical, commercial and negotiation skills Strong reporting, organisation and attention to detail Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
