Requirements

• Typing skills (must know keyboard by touch - 40-45 WPM minimum)
• Data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Telephone etiquette
• Must be proficient in English, sentence structure, grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Includes fact-checking and proofreading written materials for accuracy and clarity
• Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) and other relevant tools to format and edit documents
• Attention to detail essential
• Professional Office experience: 1 year (Required)

Important Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
• Expected hours: 37.5 per week
