Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, including hands-on experience coordinating or leading a project team while contributing directly to project execution
• Excellent spoken and written English skills for professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues quickly, identify options, make sound decisions, and drive matters to resolution
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to take charge, assign work, establish priorities, hold team members accountable, and lead by example
• Demonstrated sense of urgency in recognizing time-sensitive matters and resolving issues promptly
• Hands-on project management capabilities, with the ability to lead the team while personally completing project work
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, and changing priorities simultaneously
• Professional client management skills, with the ability to communicate difficult information while maintaining trust and confidence
• Sound independent decision-making skills, initiative, and the ability to work effectively without constant direction

Responsibilities

• Review active projects, outstanding items, client commitments, deadlines, and potential risks.
• Develop action plans and assign responsibilities to the Project Manager Assistant, Purchaser, Partitions Coordinator, and other team members.
• Lead project execution while contributing directly to essential tasks.
• Coordinate purchasing, materials, documentation, schedules, follow-ups, and internal project requirements.
• Adjust priorities in response to emergencies, delays, field conditions, purchasing issues, or changing client needs.
• Hold team members accountable through clear direction, consistent support, and timely follow-through.
• Drive suppliers, vendors, internal departments, and other stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate project updates and challenges clearly to clients while maintaining their trust and confidence.
• Escalate critical issues with relevant facts, available options, and a recommended solution.

Daily Tasks

• Establish the project team's priorities, task ownership, and deadlines at the start of each day.
• Monitor progress to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and address emerging problems before they affect project schedules.
• Follow up with team members and external stakeholders on outstanding requirements.
• Resolve routine project matters independently and keep projects moving toward completion.
• Provide management with timely updates on significant risks, delays, and decisions.
