Job Summary A growing company in Chino, CA is seeking a Project Specialist to support new product development, overseas manufacturing, supply chain coordination, and customer-driven product projects. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese professional who enjoys working with international suppliers, internal teams, and customers to move products from concept through production and delivery.
The Project Specialist will play a key role in coordinating product specifications, samples, costing, production timelines, supplier communication, and supply chain updates. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new product development with overseas factories, including product specifications, samples, testing, costing, timelines, and production readiness.
- Work directly with manufacturers to monitor production schedules, capacity, raw materials, quality questions, and delivery status.
- Analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, packaging, freight, tariffs, and other supply chain expenses.
- Track inventory, forecasts, purchase orders, and potential supply chain risks to support on-time delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, project updates, lead times, quality questions, and product-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues, manage specification changes, and support continuous improvement.
Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
