Summary Job Summary and Responsibilities A project manager in the telecommunications industryrequires a blend of technical knowledge, strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced industry. The Project Manager - Wireless is responsible for project planning & coordination, risk management, budget management, and overall performance of the project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Project Planning And Coordination

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans and schedules.
• Allocate resources and monitor progress.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement risk management plans to minimize project disruptions.

Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.

Budget Management

• Estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure projects stay within budget.

Quality Assurance

• Establish quality standards and ensure adherence.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements as necessary.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.

Change Management

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Assess impacts and adjust plans accordingly.

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain project documentation.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations.

Skills Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of telecommunications networks, technologies, and protocols.
• Familiarity with telecom equipment, software, and systems.

Project Management Tools

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Experience with Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and other planning tools.
