About the role
Our client within the construction industry is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the replacement of its current time reporting solution (Promark), which will reach End of Support in 2026.
This business-critical initiative will impact HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce management processes across the Nordic region, with an initial focus on Denmark and Norway.
Start: ASAP End: 2027-02-26 Workload: This is a 50% assignment Location: Stockholm Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a time reporting solution replacement
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality
- Drive the project using the PPS model or a similar structured methodology
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, and business operations
- Manage vendors, integrations, and implementation partners
- Ensure GDPR compliance and secure handling of sensitive employee data
- Lead steering committee reporting and cross-country alignment
- Support change management and user adoption
Required Experience Must-have:

3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Proven experience with:

SaaS/cloud migrations
-
Business-critical system replacements
-
Integration-heavy projects

Strong understanding of HR processes, including:

Time reporting
-
Payroll input handling
-
Leave and vacation management
-
Experience working with HR systems and stakeholders

Strong knowledge of PPS or similar project delivery methodologies

Solid understanding of GDPR and personal data management

Experience delivering projects in Nordic or multi-country environments

Fluent in Swedish and English
Highly Preferred:
- Experience with Promark or a similar workforce management/time reporting solution
- Experience leading transitions from legacy platforms to modern SaaS solutions
