About This Role
Project managers drive the day-to-day operations of projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met while maintaining quality, cost, and profitability. This role suits a proactive individual with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, capable of managing customer communication and satisfaction throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day project management operations for the company portfolio, from project kick-off to project closing
- Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities
- Ensure QCD and profitability of the project
- Manage communication and satisfaction of the customer during project execution
- Drive the project in accordance with contractual details and obligations
- Collect data for equipment manufacturing and purchasing
- Guarantee respect of contract details and instructions
- Coordinate project payments
- Coordinate the opening of bank guarantees and letters of credit as necessary
- Coordinate the shipment of equipment in respect of the project schedule
- Drive the process for the preparation of site activities
- Control the respect of site activities and software in coordination with the Site Manager and Software Manager
- Arrange for final acceptance from the customer
- Implement all necessary measures to respect the project timing as per contract
- Implement all necessary measures to respect the project margin
- Implement all necessary measures to respect project deliverables to the customer as per contract
- Carry out project control to anticipate potential issues
- Carry out deep analysis for every aspect of the project
- Manage project risks and contingencies plan
- Respect HSE plan
- Escalate issues to manage risks/leverage for the company network
- Drive the project with maximized client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Self-sufficient and proactive attitude
- Pragmatic approach and result orientation
- Problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship capability
- Availability for abroad trips
- Basic knowledge of CAD software
- Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Good command of English
- Experience in the execution of automated equipment
