Description & Requirements Who we are looking for Lead a Global SAP Public Cloud Transformation 🎯 At Deloitte, you won't just manage projects. You'll help shape one of the most strategic technology transformations in today's market. 🔎We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to j oin our team in Warsaw and l ead the delivery of an international SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This role offers a rare combination of international exposure, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to influence business-critical decisions across a large-scale transformation program. 💼 What you bring:
- 4-6 years of hands on experience leading SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects ; Public Cloud experience is an advantage.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience working within international, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Native Polish language skills and professional English proficiency are a must
- You are based in Warsaw
Your future role
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Own project planning, governance, resource coordination, and delivery execution.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, SAP consultants, and delivery teams.
- Drive executive-level communication and project reporting.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with SAP best practices and business priorities.
- Support organizational change, user adoption, and successful transition to operations.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and business value.
