About This Role

Planning, leading, and overseeing Backend Development projects is the core of this Project Manager role, ensuring successful achievement of project objectives in terms of timeline, quality, and cost. You will monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders, manage timely escalations when needed, and ensure smooth project closure and handover to operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost
• Track and report project status to all stakeholders with timely escalation as required
• Ensure proper project closure and handover to operation

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc.)
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a related field or 2 years of leading projects
• Solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
• Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation
• Good communication skills
• Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding
• Able to lead team to solve standard problems (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, etc.)
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred
