Project Manager / Project Engineer Structural Engineering

About This Role

This project manager or project engineer role involves shaping future-proof structural designs for a variety of construction projects. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative structural solutions and serve as a competent contact person for clients. The position suits someone who enjoys technical excellence, sustainable solutions, and genuine teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual planning of structural designs for all types of construction projects, both domestic and international
• Structural planning across all service phases
• Active participation in the realization of innovative projects
• Interface to specialist planners, architects, clients, and executing companies
• Independent work with freedom for personal initiative
• Internal and external further training, also beyond one's own special field
• As Project Manager: Acquisition and calculation of planning services

Requirements

• Successfully completed civil engineering degree with a focus on structural engineering or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of relevant regulations
• Solution-oriented approach and very good communication skills
• High consulting competence and pronounced ability for interdisciplinary thinking
